Grocery Store vs. McDonalds Lunch

Eating healthy is something I normally try to do on a regular basis. But am I really saving myself or my funds when I pick out a meal by using the nutrition facts sheet as a menu?
Being supremely calculative, or just crazy, I computed the results of this lunch time duel to the death.

Damn there is a lot of sodium in the dressing, no wonder McDonalds lists it seporate, they hope you forget to add it.
