Raised Ranch with Good Bones.
Here is a Raised Ranch for sale in my area and in my price range. I love this style of home. Dual over sized garage bay’s, spacious open concept above.
The Description is pretty sketchy and downright intimidating.
Are you looking for a diamond in the rough? Do people call you “Joe-HandiMan”? You can’t be affraid to get dirty with this property! With the right approach and desire, you can make this property come to life. The interior of this property had been abused and needs some patching up. Has good “bones” and a lot of possibilities. - Unfinished Stairs from the basement
- Great Room
- Living room Side – Someone went around with a hammer and smashed in half the outlets.
- The Kitchen is missing everything and has a bit of mold as well.
- The Main Bathroom is missing the vanity and Toilette.
- I chuckle at the view from the Bathroom.
- The handles on all of the showers in the house have been smashed off, and the heads were also removed.
- The washer/Dryer hookup.
- Someone oviousally did not like the natural wood floors and did this to all the bedrooms.
- The master bath. Missing shower head and handle as well.

















Looks like a dimond in the rough alright. If you have a background in construction and a lot of time on your hands with some spare money floating around after you buy the house. The pool looked ok though.
